It’s November. What Are You Grateful For?

It’s no coincidence that I launched Karousing in the month of November, the month of gratitude. Being thankful is the number one way you can fuel your own happiness. The number one way. On my journey, I’ve learned that if you aren’t grateful for what you currently have, it won’t matter what God or the Universe brings to you. You won’t be happy or grateful for that either.

For well over a year, I have been using The Five Minute Journal as a way to practice gratitude every day. It’s a wonderfully simple, beautiful book that prompts you to spend just five minutes a day counting your blessings.

This journal has made such a difference in my life. I’m happier. I see the beauty in everyday things. I’ve also found an added value by being able to look back over previous weeks and months to see how much my life has changed for the better.

That’s the thing about gratitude. It has a funny way of manifesting even more things to be grateful for.

In honor of Karousing’s birthday and celebrating November, the month of gratitude, my friends at The Five Minute Journal are offering a 10% discount. Just use the promotional code “karena” at the checkout. (You can read more about the Journal and one of the creators, UJ Ramdas, here.)

In addition to The Five Minute Journal making your own life more beautiful, it is also a thoughtful gift for someone you’re thankful for as well as a unique hostess gift for the upcoming holiday season.

I am grateful for so many things, including all of you. I hope you get as much joy out of The Five Minute Journal as I have.
